Privacy Statement

When you request information from Brown&co, sign up to any of our services or buy things from us, Brown&co may ask you to provide information about yourself. This statement explains how we look after that information and what we do with it.

We have a legal duty under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation to prevent your information falling into the wrong hands. We must also do all that we can to ensure that the data we hold about you is accurate, adequate, relevant and not excessive.

Normally the only information we hold comes directly from you. We will use your data for administration purposes and to communicate with you. You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent for this information to be held by Brown&co and should contact the Director at Brown&co, 27 Mortimer Street, London to inform us that you would like your personal data deleted.

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to keep you up-to-date with the exciting things that we’re doing at Brown&co; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailingĀ

When you provide us with data we may also ask if you would like to be contacted by Brown&co in future so we can tell you about other services we provide, and ways in which you might like to support Brown&co. You have the right to ask us not to contact you in this way and we will always provide a clear method for you to opt out. You can also contact us directly at any time to tell us not to send you any future marketing material.

You have the right to obtain a copy of all of the information that we hold about you. To obtain a copy, either ask for an application form to be sent to you, or write to the Director at Brown&co, 27 Mortimer Street, London.
